                        New Mexico BBQ Sauce
   2                    Haas avocados -- coarsely chopped
   2                    tomatoes,seeded -- coarsely diced

   6      ounces        Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
                        Romaine lettuce -- Chopped

Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt and
freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
