* Exported from MasterCook * Salmon Salad With Oranges Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Oranges Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Can salmon -- (8 oz.) drained 1 1/2 C. thinly sliced celery 1/3 C. sliced green onions 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 C. sliced pimiento olives 2 oranges lettuce leaves Dressing: 3 Tbsp. sour cream 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 Tsp. Dijon mustard 1 Tsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 Tsp. garlic salt 1/2 Tsp. pepper 1 Tsp. grated orange peel Turn salmon into a bowl, discard skin and bones. Break salmon into bite size pieces. Add celery, onion, parsley and olives. Mix together lightly, chill at least 15 minutes. Just before serving, peel oranges and remove white membranes.
