       Title: Infused Oil for Grilling Fish
  Categories: Seafood, Marinades, Bbq sauces
       Yield: 1 servings
       2 c  Olive oil
     1/4    Lemon ;1/4 of 1 lemon peel
            ;only coarsely chopped
     1/2 c  Basil leaves ;coarsely chop
     1/4 c  Parsely ;coarsely chopped
       3    Garlic cloves ;peeled,crush
   Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and allow to
   stand at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours.  Brush
   fish with the oil when grilling. The oil will keep for several
   days in the refrigerator.
