       Title: Light Lemon Pudding With Raspberries

       Yield: 4 servings
         1 c  skim milk
         1 c  lowfat lemon yogurt
         2 TB honey
         1 ts vanilla
     3 1/2 oz package instant lemon
   :          pudding & pie filling
   :          Fresh raspberries
   Mix milk and yogurt in bowl with electric mixer. Add
   pie filling, honey and vanilla. Beat on low until
   thickened. Chill, covered, 1 hour to thicken. Serve
   with fresh raspberries.
