                                ANNATTO OIL

    2       c            Vegetable oil
    1       c            Annatto seeds  **
 
   Place the oil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan and heat to
   about 350 degrees. Add the annatto seeds and remove
   the pan from the heat.  Allow to cool and strain the
   oil in to a glass jar. This recipe makes 2 cups of
   annatto oil. **  Available in Latin markets. By Jeff
