     3/4 c  peanut oil
       1 t  crushed red chiles
     1/2 t  sesame oil
 
 heat oil to 375 degrees 
 add pepper flakes and sesame oil 
 remove from heat and allow to  cool 
 cover and allow to rest for 2-3 days 
 serve at room temperature
