MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01
       Title: Zero Salad Dressing
  Categories: Diabetic, Dressings
       Yield: 2 servings
     1/2 c  Tomato juice                      1/8 ts Oregano
       2 tb Lemon juice or vinegar              1 ds Pepper
       1 tb Minced onion                        1 ds Garlic powder (optional)
     1/8 ts Salt                           
   Yield: 1/2 C Each serving: 2 Tbsp Free Food (up to 2 servings per day)
   Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top. Refrigerate
   several hours. Shake well before using.
   Note: This dressing may be kept for several weeks refrigerated in a
   closed container.
