Recipe By:	Bob Scalzi -- (Bette Covington)
 Serving Size:	6
 Preparation Time:	0:00
 Categories:	Pasta	Family & Friends
 Amount	Measure	Ingredient	Preparation Method
 6 italian sausage
1	pound	good pasta (shells are good)
 		olive oil
 		chopped onion
 		chopped garlic
 		chopped mushrooms
 		crushed red pepper
 		coarse ground black pepper
 		balsamic vinegar
Take the sausages out of their skins. Break the meat up very small into a
large frying pan. Put the pasta water on to boil. Cook the sausage until it
is done. Drain very well. Put the pan back on a medium heat. Add some live
oil, the onions, garlic, mushrooms, black pepper and the crushed red pepper.
Cook until the onion is soft and transparent.
Slosh some balsamic vinegar into the sausage mixture and keep cooking. When
the water boils, put the pasta on to cook according to package directions.
When the pasta is cooked, drain well and place in a large bowl or serving
dish. Add the sausage mixture and stir well. Let it stand for awhile before
serving. This will serve 6 to 8.
Notes:	I use hot italian sausage. It gives it a little bit of heat.
