                       Southwestern BBQ-Style Chicken

    2      pounds        skinless chicken breast
      1/2  cup           tomato sauce
    2      tablespoons   jalapeno jelly
    2      tablespoons   lime juice
    2      tablespoons   tapioca -- quick cooking
    1      teaspoon      brown sugar
    1      teaspoon      ground cumin
      1/2  teaspoon      crushed red pepper
 
 1.  Rinse and pat dry chicken and set aside
 2.  Cobine remaining ingredients in a crockpot and place chicken on top.
 3.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on low for 3 to 3/2 hours.
