       Title: Chicken with Wine and Herbs

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       1 x  Frying chicken                    1/2 ts Oregano
     1/2 ts Basil                               1 c  Dry white wine
     1/2 ts Garlic salt                       1/2 ts Salt
     1/4 ts Pepper                         
  
   Wash chicken and cut up.  In small amount of Oil, brown chicken pieces on
   all sides.  Pour off excess Oil.  Add Wine and seasonings. over and simmer
   for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
