       Yield: 6 Servings
    6.00    Hard cooked eggs
    0.50 c  Finely chopped cooked
    3.00 tb Mayonnaise
    1.00 tb Grated onion
    1.00 ts Dijon mustard
    0.50 ts Dry mustard
    0.75 ts Hot pepper sauce, to taste
    1.00 tb Minced parsely
    1.00    Paprika, for garnish
   1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks & place in a small bowl.
   2. Mash yolks w/ a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon
   mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce & parsely. Blend well. Stuff egg
   whites w/ yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish. Cover &
   refrigerate until serving time.
