1 head of lettuce - chopped
 1 head of cauliflower
 1 med. red onion
 1 lb. bacon fried crisp and crumbled up
 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
 1 cup Helman’s Mayo
 
 Mix above ingredients and store in air tight container.
