                               Waldorf Salad

    1      Head          Lettuce
      1/2  C             Walnuts -- chopped
      1/2  C             Raisins
    2                    Apples -- diced but not peeled
      2/3  C             Sugar
    1      C             Salad Dressing
 
 Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.  Add nuts, raisins, and apples.
 Mix sugar and dressing.  Pour over lettuse and toss just befor serving.
