                               Broccoli Salad

      1/2  head          cauliflower -- cut into florets
      1/2  bunch         broccoli -- cut into florets
      1/2  medium        onion -- chopped
    1      cup           cheddar cheese -- shredded
      1/2  pound         bacon -- crumbled
    1      cup           mayonnaise
      1/2  cup           sugar
    2      tablespoons   vinegar
 
 Mix vegetables, cheese and bacon together.  Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vineg
 ar in another bowl.  Pour over vegetables and mix well.  Serve immediately.
