* Exported from MasterCook * Greek Salad Recipe By : Newspaper Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads And Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c salad oil 2 tbsp vinegar 1 egg 1 2-oz can anchovy fillets, drained -- divided 1 sm stalk celery 14 sm onion 1 med carrot 3 radishes 1 tsp drained capers 1 sm clove garlic -- crushed 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper salad greens Feta cheese cauliflowerettes tomato wedges green bell pepper rings chopped green onions ripe olives In blender container, combine salad oil, vinegar, egg, 1/2 of anchovy fillets, celery, small onion, carrot, radishes, capers, garlic, sugar, oregano, papricka , salt, and pepper. Cover, blend at high speed till smooth, about 2 min. Serve over salad greens with Feta cheese, cauliflowerettes, tomato wedges, gree n pepper, green onion, ripe olives, and remaining anchovies.
