                             Avocado Ham'n Egg

    4                    hard-boiled egg -- chopped
    2      c             chopped ham
      1/2  c             celery slices
      1/3  c             chopped green bell pepper
    2      tbsp          chopped pimiento
    1      tsp           prepared mustard
                         mayonnaise
    6                    avocado halves -- peeled
                         lettuce
                         breadsticks or crackers
 
 Combine eggs, ham, celery, green pepper, pimiento, mustard and enough mayonnais
 e to moisten; mix lightly.  For each serving, place avocado half on lettuce; sp
 oon egg mixture into avocado.  Serve with bread sticks or crackers.
