       Title: Lentil Salad

       Yield: 4 servings
     1/2 lb Lentils, cooked                     4 tb Parsley
       1    Onion, diced                        1 tb Lemon juice
       1    Clove garlic, pressed               4 tb Oil
       3 c  White wine                          2    Tomato wedges
       1 tb Basil                             1/2    Head iceberg lettuce,
     1/2 ts Thyme                                    Washed
   Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer 3 minutes.  Remove from
   heat; add remaining ingredients.  Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
