       Title: Counterfeit Tuna Salad

         2 c  Carrots -- finely shredded
       1/2 sm Onion -- grated (1 tb)
       1/2 c  Celery -- chopped fine
         2 TB Sweet pickle relish
         1 TB Lemon juice
       1/4 c  Nayonnaise
   :          Salt & Pepper
   
   In a medium bowl, combine carrots, onion, celery and
   relish. In a small bowl, combine remaining
   ingredients. Add to carrot mixture, mixing well. Chell
   several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
