* Exported from MasterCook II * Chicken & Bacon Salad Recipe By : Martha Sheppard Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:20 Categories : American Chicken Favorites Luncheon Salads Sandwiches Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 Cups diced cooked chicken 1/2 Cup diced crisp bacon 1/2 Cup diced celery 2 eggs -- hard boiled &chopped 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup chili sauce salt and pepper -- to taste Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce. Add chicken mixture to mayonnaise and chili sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Serving Ideas : crackers, sandwiches, toast cups NOTES : I don't care for chili sauce or eggs, so I substitue 2 tbsp minced onion for the egg and 1/4 c mayonnaise for the chili sauce.
