                         SPICY SOUR CUCUMBER SALAD

                         Chilled
    1                    Chili
      1/2   sm           Cucumber -- peeled and
                         Sliced
 
   1. Place thinly sliced cucumber into shallow serving
   disk and pour over spicy sour sauce (see recipie).
   
   2. Chill for 2-3 hours prior to serving.
