      1/4   c            Low fat mayonnaise
      1/4   c            Plain yogurt
      1/4   c            Red or green seedless grapes
                         Halved
      1/4   c            Walnut or macadamia nuts --
                         Chopped
      1/4   c            Dried cherries
 
   Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and chicken. Add fruits and
   nuts. Season lightly with salt and pepper and serve on
