                             Easy Seafood Salad

      1/2  cup           mayonnaise
      1/4  cup           sliced green onions
    3      Tablespoons   seafood cocktail sauce
    1      teaspoon      worcestershire sauce
   12      ounces        shrimp, crabmeat, or imitation crabmeat
    1      can           (10 1/2 oz.) asparagus cuts and tips -- drained and
 chopped
 
 Combine first four ingredients.  Fold in shrimp and asparagus; chill.
 
 Serve with crackers as an appetizer, or with lettuce and tomato for a festive
 salad.  Serves 4-6.
