    1      C             MJB Instant Rice
    1      Whole         6 Oz. Can Tuna -- Drained And Flaked
      1/4  C             Celery -- Chopped
      1/4  C             Cucumber -- Chopped
    3      Tbsp          Green Pepper -- Chopped
      1/2  C             Mayonnaise
    1 1/2  Tsp           Lemon Juice
      1/2  Tsp           Lemon Peel -- Grated
      1/4  Tsp           Celery Salt
      1/8  Tsp           Dill Weed
    1      Whole         3 Oz. Can French Fried Onion Rings
                         Lettuce Leaves
 
 Prepare instant rice with 1 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
 Combine cooked rice with tuna, celery, cucumber, green pepper.
 Blend mayonnaise with lemon juice, lemon peel, celery salt and dill weed.
 Stir into rice mixture.
 Chill.
 Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with onion rings.
 Makes 4 servings.
