       Title: Anissabo (Pea Soup -- Cree Style)

       2 c  Dried peas, soaked
      20 oz Hominy
       1 c  Celery leaves -=OR=-
       2 pn Thyme
            Salt
            Pepper
            Savory
      16 c  Water
 
   When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of
   the ingredients.  Simmer until the peas are tender but still firm. Add the
   hominy & cook till thickened.  Serve hot.
