Fish Tacos
 1 bunch stems
 4 cloves garlic
 2-3 seeds
 ½ c. Walnuts
 ¼ c. Olive oil
 ½ c. Water
 juice of one lime
 salt & pepper to taste
 1 ½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese
 corn tortillas
 red cabbage
 cilantro leaves
 pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime, cilantro, salt, pepper)
 Fresh, mild fish (trout, flounder, mahi mahi, catfish, etc.), either sautéed,
fried or grilled
 Combine first nine ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  
 Spread on corn tortillas
 Add sliced red cabbage, fresh cilantro, pico de gallo and fried or grilled fish
 Roll up to make a taco.
