Banghart Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cheese Main Dishes Pork Cucumbers Mexican Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Salsa, Guacamole or both 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce -- bottled 1/2 to 1 envelo taco seasoning mix 1/2 cup water 2 cups cooked pork -- finely diced 1 cup lettuce -- thinly sliced 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup cucumber -- seeded, diced 1/2 cup radishes -- sliced 1/2 cup pitted black olives -- sliced 6 to 8 lg. flour tortillas Prepare salsa, guacamole or both. Combine barbecue sauce, taco seasoning and water in Medium saucepan or Microwave bowl. Slowly bring to a boil. Add finely diced cooked pork. Stir to coat. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or Microwave for 3-4 minutes on Medium. Stir occasionally. Arrange lettuce, cheese, cucumber, radish and olive slices on lg. platter. Spoon pork mixture, salsa and guacamole in indivudual bowls. Heat flour tortillas in foil in oven. Each person assembles his own.
