* Exported from MasterCook * Carne Asada w/ Cilantro Sauce & Warm Manchego Cheese Recipe By : Cacique USA Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 15 ounces Cacique brand Crema Mexicana 12 ounces Cacique brand Manchego -- cut in 1/4″ slices 4 pounds skirt steaks 5 cups cilantro -- chopped 1 onion -- chopped 3 tablespoons garlic -- minced 4 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon oil salt and pepper -- to taste Grill the steaks to desired doneness. To make the sauce, cook the onion, garlic , and cilantroin the oil. Add the lime juice and the Crema Mexicana. Simmer for 10 minutes and purée in the blender, adding salt and pepper to taste.
