       Yield: 2 Pounds
       2 c  Sugar
   1 1/2 c  Light corn syrup
     1/4 ts Salt
       1 tb Vinegar
     1/2 c  Evaporated milk
   Cook sugar, corn syrup, salt and vinegar together until sugar has
   dissolved, stirring often.
    Slowly pour evaporated milk into the mixture, keeping the candy boiling
   all the time. Cook over a medium heat until the mixture reaches a firm ball
   in cold water, stirring constantly. Pour into a buttered pan.
    When mixture is cool enough to handle, pull it until it is light and no
   longer sticky to the touch.
