Irish Bread
 1 cup Post Grape Nuts or All Bran Buds
 1 1/2 cups dry oatmeal
 1 cup sugar
 1 box raisins
 1 “good” teaspoon baking soda
 6 teaspoons baking powder
 3 1/2 cups flour
 2 1/2 cups sour milk, use 3 tablespoons vinegar
 1 medium egg
 Steam raisins and let cool Mix dry ingredients together and add raisins. Mix
 well and add milk and egg. Put in two greased loaf pans and bake 45 minutes to
 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with butter or cream cheese.
 Yield: 2 loaves
