4 eggs
 2 cups sugar
 1 cup  vegetable oil
 2 tsp vanilla
 1 tsp baking powder
 1/4 tsp salt
 4 1/2 cups sifted flour
 6 oz almonds, chopped
 Preheat oven to 350*.  Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Cream eggs & sugar. 
 Add oil & vanilla.  Add baking powder, salt, flour & almonds.  Mix 
 thoroughly till dough does not stick to hands.  Shape into 4 flat shaped 
 loaves, than place on greased cookie sheets.  Bake for 45 minutes.  Remove 
 from oven, slice on diagonal.  Place back on sheets as separate cookies & 
 toast on each side for 5 minutes each side.
