MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
       Title: Helen Peagram’s Freezer Zucchini Bread Batter
  Categories: Freezing, Batter, Quick bread
       Yield: 1 servings
       4 c  Zucchini, shredded
       6    Eggs
       2 c  Oil
       2 ts Salt
       3 c  Brown sugar
       6 ts Vanilla
       6 c  Flour
       6 ts Cinnamon
       1 c  Nuts, chopped
 MMMMM--------------------------TO BAKE-------------------------------
     1/2 ts Soda
     1/2 ts Baking powder
   Put all in a processor and blend well.  Line loaf pans (9x5) with
   plastic and fill loaf pan 2/3 full.  Freeze.  Remove from pans and
   wrap in plastic.
   To bake, remove plastic and thaw out.  Add 1/2 tsp soda and 1/2 tsp
   baking powder per loaf.  Grease pan and pour in batter.  Bake at 350
   approx 1 hour.  Delicious!
