       Title: Boston Brown Bread

       Yield: 12 servings
   1 1/2 c  Whole wheat flour
       1 c  All-purpose flour
   1 1/2 ts Baking powder
     1/2 ts Baking soda
     1/2 ts Salt
     1/2 c  Cornmeal
       2    Eggs; slightly beaten
       2    Egg yolks
     2/3 c  Molasses
       3 tb Sugar
       2 tb Vegetable oil
   1 1/2 c  Buttermilk

   Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside. Combine eggs, egg
   yolks, molasses, sugar, and oil in a large bowl.  Add flour
   mixture to molasses mixture alternately with buttermilk,
   beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended.
   Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 1-pound coffee
   cans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.  Remove
   from cans, and let cool on wire racks.  Yield:  2 loaves.
