Submitting recipes to RecipeSource

You can submit recipes to RecipeSource by emailing them to us at recipes-submit@RecipeSource.com.

We accept recipes in any text format, but prefer that recipes be in the export formats produced by MasterCook or MealMaster (or other compatible programs). Please don't send us recipes in Microsoft Word or other word-processor formats - you can enter them that way, but please "Save as Text" before mailing them to us.

Please don't just type in recipes from a cookbook or magazine word for word and send them to us - that is a violation of the copyright held by the publisher and could get us in trouble with them. (Note that copyright covers the exact text of a recipe, not the ingredients and method, so a recipe based on one in a cookbook is okay, as long as you have written the instructions yourself.) By submitting a recipe to us, you are acknowledging that it is not copyrighted or you have the permission of the copyright owner to send to us for redistribution.

Note: We are currently working hard on converting the site to the new format and building the new search engine, and as such are not currently adding new recipes to the site. Recipes you submit will be saved and added once we are finished with this process.
